Lance Lee, PhD

Dr. Lance Lee is a Harvard-trained management executive with more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurial leadership, corporate strategy, and hi-tech business development in the Silicon Valley.Lance’s early career includes award-winning work as a senior management consultant and managing partner for several consulting firms in the U.S. and Europe. At Organizational Dynamics (Boston, MA), for example, Lance was responsible for the design, development and implementation of leadership and Quality Management programs for U.S. Fortune 500 corporations including Shell Oil, Westinghouse, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Carolina Power & Light. Lance’s work was recognized by a number of global manufacturing and trade associations; he was the guest speaker at several international business symposiums including, the well-known Tokyo International Quality Conference. In the 1990’s, Lance founded a consulting organization in the Silicon Valley specializing in executive and team development, product/service innovation, and financial strategic planning for hi-tech corporations. His clients included management professionals, senior executives, and teams from hi-tech firms such as Cisco, Google, Yahoo, Oracle, Intel, IBM, and HP, just to name a few. In the past eight years, he served in executive, consulting and board positions for a number of high-tech start-ups. He helped raise tens of millions of dollars in venture capital, and was instrumental in the creation of successful product innovation groups, executive leadership teams, and enterprise sales organizations for more than two dozen corporations. Lance holds dual doctorates in Consulting Psychology from Harvard University, and in Management and Organizational Development. He is a Summa Cum Laude / Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California, and a former Danforth and Woodrow Wilson Fellow.
Brandon West
COO
Mr. Brandon West is a Silicon Valley technology leader who brings more than a decade of experience in corporate and organizational management, with distinctive expertise in process quality management and assurance systems. Prior to his present role with Agilestar, Brandon served as the Director of Operations and Managing Director of Quality Assurance and Testing with a successful Silicon Valley internet and computer components firm. Brandon served on the founding team of Agilestar, and has been instrumental in week-to-week tactical management, as well as longer range strategic planning for Agilestar's success. Among other roles, he oversees the leadership of Agilestar's quality control and RMA processes. In addition to Brandon's career experience in building hi-tech quality assurance systems and work force teams, he brings cross-industry experience in customer service and CRM from his work in a number of successful businesses and start-up organizations. Brandon is a graduate of West Valley College, and an active member in several Silicon Valley business and trade associations.
Audrey Chen
CFO
Ms. Audrey Chen has more than 20 years of experience in high-tech accounting, fiscal strategy, and capital management and planning. Most recently, Audrey spent 7 years at 3-Com, serving internationally in Latin America, North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific, eventually taking leadership as worldwide commissions and compensation manager for the company. In her role, Audrey was responsible for capital management and budgets and all financial compensation and support for 3-Com’s sales divisions worldwide. Prior to this, Audrey led accounting efforts in high-tech manufacturing venues, including 10 years at UniSys Systems serving in the controller’s office, managing payroll, general ledger, capital budgets, and working closely on financial strategy related to salary and benefits for UniSys 80,000 employees. Audrey has a B.A. in business administration, and extended executive education through Wharton School of Business.
